But I know we needed some some wood replaced under our Windows due to rot, so I'm sure that added to the time required. Overall, we are extremely happy with the product and installation, and every team member we have interacted with so far has been kind and professional. And their warranty can't be beat. He carefully inspected all possible causes, tested for integrity to determine with certitude, then explained and offered a DIY fix. In the end the 10 year old roof system previously installed by Skyline continued to function perfectly. It was the sliding glass door that was leaking. (Mike laughed when he explained how much water can drain through a 1/16 inch diameter hole). I highly recommend Skyline.
