“At a recent visit to CMC Urgent Care, I was welcomed at the front desk by a kind and caring office staff person. I was seen by Jamie Dawson who took the time to explain my symptoms, my options, etc. very clearly and patiently. The only downside of the visit was the rude, impatient CNA. When someone is sick enough to go to Urgent Care, I feel like they should be treated with dignity and respect, not rudeness and impatience.

Just to be clear, this one time and this one person was the only negative that I have faced at CMC UC. All in all, it’s a good facility.“

On person, Dawn, not only very efficient but still had a wonderful sense of humor. Hard to do at the end of a day when you have had emergencies that had to go to the hospital as well as seeing other walk ins. So glad these people are here!!“
