I was lucky and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Within 2 hours, the staff managed to draw blood, do a urinalysis and get me a CT and diagnosis. Very pleasant and professional staff. Courteous, and mindful of patient.

Had to go there on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. Staff kept apologizing for the wait but it was not that bad. On person, Dawn, not only very efficient but still had a wonderful sense of humor. Hard to do at the end of a day when you have had emergencies that had to go to the hospital as well as seeing other walk ins. So glad these people are here!!

Dr.Lambert is my absolute favorite person there! Bob the tech is great too! Every time I get Dr.Lambert or my children do, I'm at ease. I feel in good hands. He is seasoned and
well educated, efficient, professional and just plain pleasant and down to earth. Concord hospital, we need more Dr.Lamberts in this world!
