“We've been to this urgent care a few times but this time was completely different. My daughter was having trouble breathing and her resting heart rate was really high. She was having a hard time walking. The nurse took us back and immediately tried getting her oxygen levels, with no luck. Dr. Kilborn came in and they immediately put her on oxygen and called for an ambulance. I was in shock. We've never had a medical emergency requiring an ambulance. The Doctors and Nurses were all so calm, even though I could tell they were really nervous because they couldn't get an O2 reading. The Tewksbury Fire Department and local paramedics responded and off we went to Lowell General. I want to thank Dr. Kilborn and the Nurses working on 6/27/24. They did a fabulous job.”
