I came in with an issue, and I felt that I was welcomed properly and immediately taken care of by the woman at check-in. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to get me ready to see the doctor. I’m pretty sure that made the entire process much easier and got my visit off to a great start.
The facility is clean. No waiting. Staff are friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. The nurse and the provider were fantastic and on time. As a patient, I had a great experience at this urgent care facility.
I recently took my daughter here for a bad fall. They took us in within five minutes. Her provider, Jamie Dawson was so kind and compassionate. I was very happy with all the staff, all kind and caring. It was a long visit because of multiple xrays but also multiple updates. Very happy with the care she received.
