Marilyn was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took extra care to make sure all the measurements she took would get the best results for my progressive lenses.I was told it would take 10 working days but BJ's got my glasses finished and delivered to the store in less than a week. After having significant issues with previous glasses from a different source I was pleased to find my new glasses and sunglasses were properly crafted on the first go.Marilyn made a quick adjustment to the nosepieces and the fit, feel, look , and view through the glasses was perfect.And to top off the already great service, I received a handwritten thank you card in the mail from Marilyn a few days later. “The provider that I saw was great, he took the time to make sure that my contact prescription was correct. My biggest complaint is that not only has it been a hassle to get my prescription sent to the company that I want to go through but the receptionist at the eye clinic keeps trying to pressure me into buying a 12 month supply which I don't need since I am only wearing them a few days a week.“
