“Fast and friendly. It was just a basic yearly eye exam. So check in, I waited a bit bit that was because my husband and I went together and his appointment was in front of mine. So by the time my scheduled appointment came around it was no wait at all. First it was the two part imaging or what ever where I look into the device and see a picture and they look at my eyes and then the puff of air test. Shortly after was the big chair and the “which is more clear” read the letters. This was the time for my eyes to be dilated so I waited for the drops to kick in and after was done and done with the husband driving us away after he picked out his new glasses. We have missed a few appointments because our ADHD and remembering to fill out the pre exam insurance paperwork they like done in a Timmy manner but have always worked with us to reschedule and have offered to call and talk over the phone to fill the paper work out for us as a way to keep us on track. The staff has always been welcoming and polite.”
