Very friendly and helpful staff. they patiently helped me navigate contact lens options (I have a strong prescription - so options are limited and not straightforward). so grateful to have their help!

The staff was excellent, friendly, and everyone had a great sense of humor. They got me in immediately to remove some metal debris from my eye on a holiday when most other places were closed or had reduced staff. I'll be switching here for all of my family eye care moving forward.

Today after work, I had to go to the DMV to get a new license, and to my surprise I ended up failing the eye test. With only 40 minutes to find an eye Dr and get back to the DMV before or closes i came to JEC. They noticed my desperation and took me in. The tech got an the tests done in a timely manor and Dr. Barcelow even let me leave to get back to the DMV in time and had me come back for the rest of the testing. Then when I had to come back to JEC because the DMV wouldn't except my the papers cause a part wasn't signed, Dr. Barcelow ended up being more angered about it than me.
