When you walk in, there’s small sign and an electric candle they will light if someone in the hospital is currently saying goodbye to a pet in one of the rooms, so you can be kind and keep your voice down in the lobby.That level of empathy and care immediately caught my attention. The rest of my visit bore that impression out - from each staff member welcoming me and taking extra steps to make sure my pet was comfortable, to the very detailed and thoughtful call talking me through the testing results a few days later from the vet.Thank you.

I could literally spend all day walking around there just picking things up and looking at it. Their items are beautifuland the people that work there are absolutely amazing. We purchased a home and had been having problems with the water softener system and possibly something with the well for a little while. I looked around the system and found a label from Macdonld Well and Pump so I gave them a call. Michael came out and promptly looked at my system and couldn't have been any more honest or helpful about our situation. After assessing the situation, he gave me a ballpark price but told me he would call me later with an official estimate, which he did. We agreed on the price etc. and he & his wife Kelly were promptly at my door a few days later. They were an efficient team, neat, clean, they made the process painless and even came in a little under the original quote which was fantastic! Once the job was complete, he went over everything I needed to do to maintain the system and made sure I understood what the system did. Michael even called a few days later to check in and make sure all was going well and that we had no questions for him. This company is the epitome of quality, I would recommend this business to anyone who needs water or well system help.

I recommend everyone go to Truly Balanced Dog Care!! The daily pictures on social media made going away so much easier knowing my dogs were having so much fun!! I will definitely be boarding my dogs there again!
Andre has been absolutely fantastic to work with. This is my second year working with him for Christmas for my husband. He has now done work on our truck and Harley and it’s all be 11/10 quality. The medical team is fantastic, they listen, and they are a unique blend of medical and holistic. Their love, care and compassion for each person who enters their doors is evident.
