We called Epping Well & Pump at the recommendation of a plumber for an issue with our well pump. From the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone to the two gentlemen who came out to fix our problem the same day, the level of professionalism and transparency was a breath of fresh air. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and kept us updated every step of the way. Prompt, professional service. They really helped us out of a bind. We had a ton of people over for Thanksgiving and of course our well pump broke. They came over on Thanksgiving day within an hour of us calling and they solved the issue quickly. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

We came home from vacation to no water. I called the first place I found that was close to our town and had great reviews. Mark Perry Jr. was at our house within an hour and had the pump replaced and water back on within 2 hours. I also paid about $500 less than the last time I had the pump replaced. If you have an emergency and don't know what to do. Call Epping Well and they will take care of you. Great customer service all around as well.
