“I had an appointment with Bell today for a cut and Eyebrow tinting. From the moment I walked through the door until I left, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Customer service is exceptional. I have gone through a lot with my health and wanted to feel better about myself. I did not like my hair so started with this. I didn’t know how to communicate, what I was looking for. A few words about how I don’t like my look and briefly stated I wanted a different look but I am not sure what to do. Bell listened, offered to playback what she was hearing from me with her ideas and I agreed. I felt she knew me for a long time and knew exactly what I was looking for. She had no idea how important this was to me at that moment. It was the absolute best cut I have ever had. It’s hard to find the perfect look in your 70’s but she nailed it.
