“We just finished a large renovation project with BIP, and we were so impressed at every stage of the project. We interviewed about 7 different companies, and selected BIP, because we had an instant feeling of comfort with both Fred and Michelle. Together, they are an exceptional team. Michelle is a game changer – she was our contact person, who set the construction schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. Michelle has a keen eye for design, and worked with us in selecting finishes and materials for the project. Fred and Scott were amazing, and so detailed, at the construction and carpentry. Now, we are very picky people – but Fred, Michelle, and Scott were all pickier than us in every aspect of the project – nothing but perfection was acceptable to them. And, every subcontractor that was used on our project was at the highest level of competency and professionalism within their trade. “I had asked a friend about getting an addition. She recommended her son-in-law, Norman "Bucky" Mancusi's company. Viewing their website photos, we loved the work they did. Still love the work they did. Our house needed to lose a flat roof, add more living and closet space. Add a bathroom and (wait for it) a covered roof deck. Norman explained everything. His sub-contractors were wonderful and included @Maverick Electric and @Laidlaw Plumbing & Heating If you are looking for an addition, look into Mancusi Builders.“

“We are resigning our kitchen. Our initial meeting with Mary was very helpful. I'm looking forward to working with her more and meeting the rest of the team.Update on 12/8/20 - We decided to go with Tri-State for our kitchen remodel. Mike came to the house and did a thorough assessment of the work that needed to be done and gave a quote for the work. Mary worked with us through many refinements of the plan. We put the deposit last week and now we wait for the cabinets to be delivered. I will update more when the job is complete but so far I am very happy with this company.Update 3/16/21 - The kitchen is done and we LOVE it! Mike and his entire team were great. “This is the 2nd time we've had the opportunity to work with Joan Collins. She is so knowledgeable, outstanding design consultant and fun. I took in a cabinet door and a sample of my countertop and she recommended 4 different options. Matched each with my samples and it was clear which way we needed to go. Then I changed countertops and called Joan again to see if what I had selected would work. She highly recommended a different approach. She took the time with us - we weren't rushed. Appointments are needed. Even if there is no one in the store, it doesn't mean she doesn't have a future appt. Don't pass up an opportunity to work with her - I can't visualize the end product - so she helped me tremendously. 5 years before we consulted her on our bathroom - again exceptional support. Love her design recommendations.“
