We had a great experience with the crew of Busby Construction, and especially with Kyle, their supervisor. Recently the roads in our neighborhood were repaved, and look great. But we still needed gravel to be placed at the top of our driveway to meet the road. We SO appreciated that even though the crew was working in a different neighborhood, they were so responsive to our concerns that they came immediately to our property to finish the job. Thank you, Kyle and crew! We very much appreciate your work and your responsiveness!
I live in Salem, NH. A couple of weeks ago (now 7/22/24) Busby Construction showed up in the neighborhood to widen end repave 2 side streets. Suddenly equipment appeared without notification from the town. The Salem Capital Projects Engineer is seriously deficient in public outreach to give advance notice to residents of "what's going on". He accused me of "not doing my due diligence". Really?! Retired now, during my career, I worked on several Capital projects. That experience educated me on the great importance of public outreach, specifically notifying residents of activity that will impact their lives.
