“We had an amazing experience using Dube Plus to completely rebuild our family home that was built in the 60s & 70s. Every member of the Dube plus team from Steve & Katia in sales, Billy their draftsman, Jill the designer, Mark the foreman, and the owners Brittany and Eric, brought great ideas and energy to the project. Even their sub-contractors were excellent - really impressed with Tony and his electrical team, and 'The Kims' who did our countertops. This was a complete gut job with all new walls, doors, windows, foundation (in places), HVAC, completely remodeled kitchen and 4 baths, rebuilt interior staircase, deck addition and detached garage. The all work like a family and treated us like family.“

“This spring and summer, we did an entire kitchen remodel with new upper and lower cabinets, an island, and Silestone countertops. The staff at American Cabinet were very easy to work with. They drew on their expertise to advise us on design elements that improved on our initial ideas. They patiently worked with us through several versions. Their installers were efficient and skilled. We are very happy with our finished kitchen. What a beautiful change from the 1950's kitchen we started with. If we had another kitchen to remodel, I would not hesitate to go with American cabinet again. Quality products and talented, cooperative designers. No regrets.“

“I had a roof installed from Bobby and his crew, Very happy with the whole process, The owner Bobby came out he was very knowledgeable and professional ,He did everything he said he was going to do, I had siding done last year and the contractor didn't do everything he was supposed to, I wish I would have heard about ridgerunners sooner, I will recommend him and his company to any one who needs a roof or work done , I will be using his company going forward if I need anything else done to my house, I give them 5 stars because you can't give more.“

“This is a review from a job done almost ten years ago. Bruce and his team repaired a water damaged sill and a few basement beams and columns in my old house.

Everything passed inspection and the new home owners were happy to see the job was done right.

The crew was very polite and worked non stop the days they were there. I know because I was home and heard them.

“We have used Blackdog Builders for two projects. The first was a full kitchen and laundry room renovation completed 1.5 years ago and another was a smaller job remodeling a home office space last summer. Our designer for both projects was Jane, who was a pleasure to work with. During the design phase of the project, we provided Jane with a general vision of how we wanted to transform the space and a handful of specific requirements. Jane easily understood our vision and walked us through all the detailed design decisions, accompanying us to look at tile, sinks, faucets, and cabinets. Jane made an overwhelming process of making design decisions extremely manageable. For all of our projects, we are incredibly satisfied with how the designs on paper manifested into rooms in our home that we love spending time in.

We had different lead carpenters on each project and they were both great guys who were reliable and easy to communicate with.

For the most part we thought the subcontractors brought in by Black Dog were great (electricians, painter). We encountered a reliability and quality issue with one subcontractor hired to do the kitchen backsplash tiling. We appreciated that Black Dog brought in a different tiling contractor in a reasonable time frame.

We also had a good experience working with the project manager from Blackdog. He was very effective at preparing us for different phases of the project and explaining issues as they arose throughout the project, especially ones that required us to make decisions.“

Crystal was extremely helpful coming to our house to see what we wanted done, then created the entire layout on a computer for us to see. It was amazing. Another wonderful person took us shopping for all our kitchen cabinets, etc. and the men that actually did the building showed up when they were expected to come (every single day) and cleaned up neatly when the work day was finished. “Had our driveway redone/expanded and walkway paved over. Quote was fairly priced, quick communication and updates for the work. The work done was excellent. However, they hit a brand new retaining wall in which when I brought it up, Richard came out a few days later to assess. Within a week they came back and fixed (to the best of their ability) the wall. Overall, I would still recommend them for fairly priced, quality work.“
