“Been going to the Bedford Hotwrox location for about 2 months now . Staff is always super friendly and kind . Love how working out in the sauna makes me feel so good and stronger too! I love the detox feeling from the heat. I also love the convenience of the workouts and how I can get a great workout in 15 min if I am short on time . This location is always very clean too! At first I thought I would not be able to work out in the heat but the infrared sauna feels great and can imagine enjoying a workout without it ! Great rewards program also!“

“I’ve had nothing but great luck here. It took a few months for the phone intake - as expected though. My son actually had his evaluation 6 months earlier due to a cancellation and honestly probably pure luck. The lady at the front desk - Rosie, is super nice and made scheduling / voicing any concerns very easy to do. Jenna English was great at making sure all paperwork was received, and communicating thoroughly with all parties which makes it easier on all ends. I truly felt that her part in this evaluation played a huge role. My son had the pleasure of testing with Rebecca, and had no issues. He actually enjoyed her presence. When testing was done, Sue pulled me into her office (away from my child) and thoroughly explained the results. She also is pushing for school to give him an IEP (After being rejected the last 2 years). Results are being emailed to me within the next day after testing which is extremely quick. I highly recommend NINH for any concerns about your child you may have. When you’re a parent, you just know when something isn’t normal with your child. Trust your gut ❤️“
