The front desk was efficient and helpful with my check in and insurance; The tech was fast but thorough; The optometrist, Kaitlyn, was friendly and got me set with a new prescription for contacts very quickly; and the sales advisor got me checked out and gave great pointers on rebates and tips on frames that would fit my small face.

Whoever is managing this location must have a degree in customer service, because everyone was spot on in providing an exceptional experience.
