I called in Grand Voyage for a second quote and Matt was more professional and took his time to explain the pro’s and cons of different water heaters to a first time home buyer. All thanks to Matt I never knew I could be so excited to get a new water heater but I guess that’s what being adult is.
We experienced a water leak on the floor between our boiler and hot water tank. Other people believed it was the HWT and suggested a HWT replacement. Keith carefully at our situation and determined it was neither, but found a copper fitting, above the boiler between the HWT, was corroded and the real culprit of the source of the leak.
I asked him to repair other seriously looking water shutoff valves as well.
Keith saved us thousands of dollars of an unnecessary repair others were suggesting we replace.
