“Since this review, I discovered that my water heater stop working just after heritage was out there. (BTW they charge 289 for an "assessment" and found nothing wrong but in the end i have a hole in my ceiling with nothing fixed). I had heritage come out again to evaluate the water heater and asked if i had to pay 289 AGAIN and they said yes. Then they said that since my water heater was so old, (2010 the unit was built and i bought in 2017) that i should just replace it. I agreed, wouldnt pay ANOTHER 289 for their assessment and asked for a quote. He gave me a quote for 3000 and if i bought the heater myself that would be less BUT said that if i go to Home depot the water heaters are not reliable so didnt recommend it. I passed - OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced work. If a water heater costs 500 and you are billing me for 3k with 3 hours of labor...thats financial fraud. And after i got three other quotes, the final company i used said they tell people on their staff to quote as high as you can because in desperate situations...basically people will pay. I will not use them again but found a great company because of this.“

“I called Jeff Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling first thing this morning after we woke up to water on our basement floor. We noticed that the hot water heater was leaking.
