We had a great experience through this process with Orkin. Our provider Teddy was extremely helpful and approachable and answered a lot of our questions to help us navigate our situation moving forward.
This was my initial treatment, as far as getting an appointment set up. And technician showing up within the time frame; this was east easy. Now just need to wait to see if effective; but the technician took the time to explain everything to me and tell me what to expect after treatment. As well as assure me I can call for a revisit any time I see an uptick between treatments.Services: Rodent extermination
We struggle with problems trying to reach your company when we have questions or need to reschedule or have Bill in questions so customer service is lacking; but Kevin, our new tech is awesome. He's super professional, knowledgeable, thorough and always on time.
