When looking for someone to work on your house, you may use criteria similar to your dentist or car mechanic. These include trusting them to identify the needed work and then providing a quality product. Zach Grandel and his crew met both of those needs very well. They replaced my 15-year-old raised, covered deck by making sure the supports were level and sturdy with a new footing, replacing the joist structure, then finishing with a high quality composite decking and sturdy aluminum railing. Their crew was meticulous and careful especially the lead foreman Charlie, a true craftsman.
We’ve used Grandel’s for several projects. The owner is fantastic to work with. His crews are fast and professional. We got hooked up with them over ten years ago and will be customers for life.
Grandel’s Construction & Roofing, completed a patio and roof extension on time. They were fairly priced and did amazing work. They did not need to be micro managed. Zach is very responsive in his call backs. Most impressive when project hurdles came up, Zach’s can do attitude and solves the issues!!!
I am currently recommending him to all my colleagues. Also looking forward to hiring him for future projects!
