Brought my Alienware laptop in with issues booting/overheating and the gentleman before doing anything else checked the warranty status and found I was still active.. Huge props to you looking out and saving me potentially hundreds of dollars.
Beyond satisfied with the service I received!
I had an older office laptop I rarely used and kids would “try” to use it for homework. This thing was slow, I mean up to 15 minutes to get it to the load up screen. You clicked on tasks or apps and it would take minutes to load. I could have tried to save and buy a new one, but with money being tight I decided to see if it could be fixed.
