Called them with interest in specific laptop; after confirming availability, asked how I could view and purchase outside of regular hours (conflicting with work hours). Eric offered to stay a bit after they closed. Upon arrival, discovered the laptop and my needs differed. They found me an alternate laptop which suited my needs, for same price. Upon purchase, they told me the computer warranty is one year. Very pleased. Will set up the laptop this weekend.
