Absolutely the best customer service. I always have trouble with the thing that blows air in your eye, she distracted me and got it on the first time. She was very knowledgeable, cleaned my glasses, and even gave me a compliment - made me walk out feeling beautiful and like I got the best care ever! Highly recommend.

I stopped by today to ask about an eyeglass repair, and the representative who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was at the second desk on the left when you walk in. She gave me great advice about my broken pair of glasses and even repaired another pair for free. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes. Excellent service!
