Ilumin Eye Care Center deserves the highest rating and then some! I was impressed from the time I walked in the door beginning with the welcoming & friendly greeting at the front desk to the check in with another friendly personality who was more than a joy & fun to work with. The nurse came to her office to take us back to the exam room without any wait time in the waiting room. The nurse was amazing! Not only did she make things comfortable and relaxed, she was very thorough and able to answer any questions I had during the exam. Staff is friendly. There is very little wait time before you are seen. Dr. Arkfeld is very kind and explains everything he is doing and answers your questions. I’ve never felt rushed when talking to him. I would highly recommend Ilumin to my family and friends.
