“I contacted All Dry Services after many Lincoln offices were not returning my call (5 companies) for an assortment of issues we are having with the cold weather snap. Within a few days they had an inspector (who was very knowledgeable and very informative) come out to check out the problem. He walked me through each point of the inspection and explained why and what was going on with our home. With two small kiddos at home they understood the importance of timing and left our residence better than when they showed up, which was the icing on top of the cake. They were able to help us figure out the issues and to fix them. I would also like to point out that the owner is one of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable people in this field. If you want it done right, and want excellent customer service go no where else. I'm glad I tapped the Omaha providers to find All Dry Services even for living in Lincoln, they are the real deal.“

“John and Chris were hands-on along with their whole crew when we had a major waterline break that flooded our fully furnished walkout basement. Water soaked carpet and drywall was immediately removed. The number of driers and dehumidifiers installed the first day was impressive and no doubt shortened the cleanup phase. Constant moisture testing ensured repairs were made when ready. Their team of employees and contractors made expert repairs, and diligently protected surviving furniture. They had a good relationship and reputation with our insurance company that resulted in our being paid incredibly fast. We were so satisfied with their insurance work we used them to do extensive enhancements resulting in an upgraded environment at our own expense. Well done to the whole PuroClean team!“

“I had three companies give me a bid for dealing with a tree at a farm location. Two didn't mention that the tree could be made safe by just trimming and gave me an estimate for removal. No Limits said the tree still had life and said it could just be trimmed. They also pointed out that I had trees on the east side of the house that had limbs that needed removal because they were too close to the house, I went with No Limits. They brought in the necessary equipment, did a nice job on the trees, and cleaned up the debris. The cost was very reasonable. The timing of the job was affected by the weather, but they waited until it was dry enough that their equipment wouldn't tear up the ground. I should mention that one company I contacted would not even consider doing the job because it was out in the country, That was not an issue for No Limits. I would use No Limits again. They have my recommendation.“
