“We used Dynasty Restoration for both of our storm damage claims in the last 2 years and very happy with work they did. JR walked us thru the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster ensuring everything that was damaged was covered, repaired properly or replaced. This was our first insurance claim, so I was new to the process, which was difficult to navigate with my insurance company. JR was patient and did an excellent job explaining how the claim process worked.
