They started working on the issue that day and came in over the weekend to ensure the fix was in place before there was another chance of rain. Their rates were great even in an emergency situation. “Had Scott replace my roof and gutters after a hailstorm in 2010 and this company did an excellent job. We wanted to add more insullation when the roof was off, and Scott woriked with us, and was accommodating and understanding. I considered hiring him again last year when we had another hailstorm but instead went with Titan Exteriors, as the owner John Allman said he was related to my neighbor (which turned out to be false.) That experience has been a fiasco, with ceiling leaks, scraped up shingles, mangled siding, charges for OSB boards not discussed yet other soft dips discovered in the roof, missing gutter guards, etc.,...didn't have any of that with Complete Industries! The recent experience had made me want to express my appreciation for this company and the good job they did!“
