I recently had McKinnis replace all of the vinyl siding on my home’s exterior. I’m giving them 5 Stars here, because they were pretty terrific. First and foremost, I had 5 companies give me estimates for the cost of the job. McKinnis came in with a bid that beat the next best one by over $7,000. Based on that alone, I would recommend them, but they had some other great features too. Their office staff was responsive and helpful. The superintendent Brian, who oversaw the job, was attentive conscientious. I have 35+ years experience in property management including currently owning multiple Commercial properties. McKinnis Roofing was exceptional throughout the entire project. Believe me, I have had a few unpleasant experiences in Commercial roofing. However, McKinnis roofing was a breath of fresh air to work with, Bidding process was outstanding with Bryan Adams even though my insurance company was difficult. Project Manager Dustin kept me informed with updates and pictures. Workers were pleasant to communicate with, did great work and cleaned up very well.
