There are different types of classes and you can go high or low impact, whichever you prefer. The instructors are amazing and they make the class so much fun! Definitely try it out! Ryan and Joe were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They demonstrated each exercise (sometimes more than once!) and ensured that I was using correct form. A very specific plan was created for me, and with their guidance, I was able to steadily increase the weight I could lift while improving my overall strength, posture, and confidence. Jacob reinforced all of these new skills with weekly emails and ongoing lessons. I learned so much! It was an amazing program!“
