I just had my first physical training with Amanda. She is phenomenal! She instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable talking about my discomfort and my physical pain experience. She's very good at explaining the process and making it easy to comprehend for home stretches and exercises. I'm looking forward to my next session!

OrthoNebraska's Lift Like A Girl Challenge was exactly what I needed to learn how to lift weights correctly. Ryan and Joe were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They demonstrated each exercise (sometimes more than once!) and ensured that I was using correct form. A very specific plan was created for me, and with their guidance, I was able to steadily increase the weight I could lift while improving my overall strength, posture, and confidence. Jacob reinforced all of these new skills with weekly emails and ongoing lessons. I learned so much! It was an amazing program!
