I dropped into Iron Hero CrossFit a couple times while staying nearby in Aksarben for the College World Series, and it was a top-tier experience. The drop-in process was totally seamless, and I loved that they offered a slight upcharge option to grab a gym T-shirt - the perfect souvenir for a traveling athlete.
The box has a fantastic, laid-back vibe and a super welcoming community. They run Mayhem programming, but they did a great job tweaking the Mayhem warmup; I actually liked it more than the standard version. For me the experience was a 5 out 5. The staff and members were very supportive. They challenged me to push harder than I thought I ever could. Would highly recommend. Iron Hero Crossfit produces success !!
Highly recommend this Gym! The coaches and community are fantastic, super supportive and friendly, no judgements only encouragement and support, I have never done CrossFit so I was a bit nervous because I was completely out of shape, but let me tell you it is super doable just show up and go from there! They also offer a no commitment meeting so you can ask questions and see what is all about!
