Dropped into a mid morning class while in town for work. Coach Andrea was great at explaining, and leading the class. Everyone was very inviting and helpful. Will be back and definitely recommend to others.

I have been attending the 5 am class for close to three months now. The workouts are killer and the people are solid. Chris and Andrea are very encouraging and really know their stuff. I joined Iron Hero to get over an exercise plateau I had been in for two years. I can already feel the results in a relatively short period of time. If you're looking for an upbeat environment to exercise with some of the most positive people you'll ever meet, come one come all!

I have my son going to Iron hero and I have seen a real difference is his confidence and his gains. It’s an all around benefit for kids with confidence issues. Chris and company build a better mind and body. You will be challenged and they make it fun and safe.
