Little spendy. Full-time Sanford employee that makes 80k a year if I pick up hrs. Great facility but Fargo is starting to punish those that don't make 6 figures. Inflation sucks.

Great place to work out! I was lucky to come as a guest for a few days while I was visiting family! Great equipment and unique machines I hadn't seen at any of my local gyms, such as the hip bridge. Really enjoyed the sauna, pools, and hot tub! Gym was really clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Great place to work out. Good 1/8th mile track usually not too busy around 4-5PM. Lately, high school kids have overrun the facility. It is fine they are there - they are paying customers after all - but some take selfies in the locker room. Others sit at a weight station for a long time talking which makes it tough for others to get in a workout in a limites time. I am hopeful they grow into curteous gym users but time will tell.
