They allow non-Fargo school and non-members too nice of treatment at Fargo taxpayer costs, but they keep the place decent. Could use some upgrades but better for taxes to stay low. I prefer private business for this kind of thing but again they do well with what they are given“

They have a few different membership options to fit different budgets or needs. The group fitness classes are fun to try.
I wish they would have towels in the shower/locker rooms like many of the other Crunch locations have. That would be super beneficial for those looking to workout right before work in the morning.“

“I've been working with Payton for a couple months now several times and week. He listened to my goals and issues. He definitely knows what he is doing, tracks progress, gives suggestions for things i can do at home and after a just a short time I can tell a difference in my physical well being quite a bit. He has worked around my schedule and a recent work related injury with some exercises targeted to help that. The gym is clean, bright, and energetic.“
