“Massages are truly the lifeline to my heart. I hold my stress in my muscles in a very unhealthy way. I have sprained my neck a good 10 times resulting in a neck brace. I over tense and hold my muscles. I have found that going in for routine massages have a massive impact on my over all health both physically and mentally. I have went to Inspire for years and they are always easy to book and friendly.Thank you for helping me continue to take care of others by first taking care of myself.“

“Our family loves Family Wellness! It’s a great facility and we spend a lot of time there. The childcare is awesome and the staff are always so great with the kids. My only wish is that there were more childcare hours on the weekends or additional staff during busy times so I didn’t get waitlisted as often. Otherwise, we’ve had a great experience and really enjoy being members!“
