He responded quickly and scheduled a service appointment. He arrived on time, went through some diagnoses and found the culprit outlet that was previously wired incorrectly causing the problem. He quickly replaced it and got the problem fixed for a very reasonable fee. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else he could do. I mentioned that the pulling switch for my claw space light had broken off. He went in the space and repaired it for me, without charging extra. Andrew is a great guy. If you treat him with respect, he will reciprocate. Most importantly, the quality of his WORK speaks for itself!“
