The office phone number is a cell phone that is not answered professionally. Aside from that, when we called to schedule we were told that we would get a call back with the name of the technician and the day and time of his arrival. That never happened, yet someone did randomly show up, during office hours, to do the repair. Since we never heard back from Lauren, the person that owns the cell phone, we contacted another company that was able to give us a time and estimate immediately. The following business day we received a bill from Quick Electric for a service call that wasn't confirmed now was it completed.
