Emergency vet care is expensive, much like emergency human care. Owning a pet comes with financial responsibility of that pet and I don't think it's fair to blame the vet office because you can't pay for something. That being said - we received compassionate (and extremely costly) care from this hospital and if we have another emergency we will use them again.
Amazing how fast they check our fur baby in! First, they take your pet to sea if it's an emergency that needs treatment immediately. Totally understandable. Vet David Greene went over options to test our dog for his symptoms. Why the negative reviews, I don't have a clue!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Winston-Salem, NC. The receptionists, doctors and all staff were kind and considerate. When I called to check on Louie they were so informative and did not make me feel like I was bothering them at all! All of the staff knew all about Louie and I felt they worked together as a team. I was very upset when I took Louie in because he was in so much pain and they were all patient with me. I was kept informed and understood every thing they were going to do and all of the risks and what I could expect. Who gives money back when it is already in their possession? Well CVS did!
