Our primary vet referred my 9 year old German Shepherd to CVS to see a neurologist based on the issues she was having. We had an appointment with Dr. Bray and she was absolutely incredible. She sat in the exam room with us until all of my questions were answered, all of my thoughts were heard, and she had given every bit of help that she could. I can truthfully say that the care, attention, and professionalism she showed was better than I have ever seen. I walked out of her office feeling knowledgeable and confident in taking care of my dog’s new needs. You can tell that she genuinely wants what is best for the animals she sees.
I have never in my life seen a staff so empathetic as this practice. I brought my 15 year old cat in who was sadly dying of a bladder tumor and in a lot of pain. They told me my options and gave me ample time to make my final decision. The vet tech was incredibly kind and reassuring. I think her name was Natalie but I am not sure. If that wasn't it, you know who you are, and thank you so much for your kindness. Dr. Alcorn was a blessing to have take care of my cat Lightning. I was a mess and could barely speak but she helped me through the process of laying him to rest. I am extremely grateful for Carolina Vet Specialists. The overnight staff was amazing. They were kind and compassionate. My puppy was seen for a huge laceration on his face, it was late on a Sunday night and this office delivered on every level. Thank you to everyone who helped my family. Big Thank you to Giovanna and Dr. Annie Noeller. I will always hold a special place in my heart for you.
