Obviously going to the ER for your pet is never a good thing but the people at CVS were great. The wait can vary significantly based on what they have going on, but honestly it's a good sign to me when a service like this knows how to triage and prioritize. My dog was well taken care of healed up good as new. I do not recommend that anyone needs these services, but if you do, I trust CVS.

All staff are knowledgable and courteous; truly have your pets best interest in mind. However, be prepared for some inconsistencies amongst staff — we had called ahead for a euthanasia, called when we got there to confirm, were walked through the process on the phone and came in to sign paperwork. Minutes later we’re met outside by a tech who inquires as to our pets condition, walks us inside to an exam room, and takes our pet with her to the back. Took great care of our sweet baby girl. Gave us the options, prices for each and expected outcomes before proceeding with any procedures. Lindsay was the absolute best - not sure who loved who more, Masha to her or her to Masha!
