Love Fur! Henry is a little Tibetan Spaniel who is very reactive to being handled and groomed. But he had big mattes behind his ears and I couldn’t get them out. He also needed a nail trim and a you-know-where trim. I’d always had these done at my vet in another town and it took forever for him to allow them to do this, even with maximum sedation. My new vet does not offer grooming, so we scheduled with Fur (great reviews) and crossed our fingers.When we arrived, he didn’t even seemed sedated, even with lots of drugs in that little guy! FUR has been taking care of my pups for years! I took my Maltese when she was first rescued and looked so sad! They turned her into a princess. More impressive, my Maltese loves going to see the very caring ladies at FUR, although she is quite "testy" in many other places. Just over a year ago we adopted a Bernedoodle. I frankly had no idea how she should be groomed, but the folks at FUR knew exactly what to do! She comes out looking GREAT every time. At FUR, both my dogs come out looking and smelling great. My pups love the attention they receive (seriously!), and we know they are in great care. Thank you, FUR!

Easy to find on the corner of Broad St in Downtown Winston-Salem. No parking lot but there are a few side street spots right outside to park while dropping off or picking up your furbaby. I called for an appt during the busy xmas holiday but they were still able to squeeze me in the following week. I was asked to drop my pooch off that morning between 8-10AM & received a call to pick her up around 1:30PM. I was asked to bring a pic of how I wanted her cut or a note for the groomer with instructions. Everyone I dealt with was kind, happy, positive, upbeat & very professional.
