“We bought an older home a little over a year ago and have been using A1 Plumbing ever since. When we first moved in, we had a refrigerator line burst and Victor talked my husband through how to shut it off. He never charged us for that phone call. The next time we called, we had a leaky toilet that wasn’t caught during inspection. I was very worried it had leaked through the sub floor (we’d had a flood in our previous home). Scott and Victor were the fastest to respond (this was during Covid and another company we called didn’t even return our call). Scott assured me it hadn’t reached the sub floor but when he saw I was still panicked, he removed the toilet (for free) to show me.
