He had a great attitude and just overall great customer service! The office folks were also very pleasant when I called with an issue to be resolved. Overall great experience. Price was not horrible but was probably not the cheapest but customer service goes along way for me.“

“Called (after hours) after replacing the water heater at my home. Couldn't get the water lines to reconnect the right way(water leaking everywhere). When they arrived we consulted with options and they were professional and courteous. They fixed the water lines within 15 minutes of starting. Planning to have them do more work and also annual maintenance. Really great bunch of guys.“
“I needed a repair in my gas line and was thrilled when an actual person answered the phone after leaving many messages with other offices. I did not get a quote or compare prices but was given transparent pricing ($175/hr for a 2 man team plus trip fee and materials) and was promptly assisted with my problem. It was not cheap, but if you get what you pay for then plumbing is something worth avoiding future problems caused by cheap work. These guys knew what they were doing and there was no standing around twiddling of thumbs that I saw. They were on time and when they left the problem was fixed and did not leave a mess. I hope I don't need a plumber again soon, but if I do I would certainly use them again!“
