“Midsouth Roofing put a brand-new roof on my mom’s (Sonya Kersey) house four years ago in 2022.  They did a phenomenal job then.  Fast forward to winter of 2026, she detected a leak after both of our recent back-to-back snowstorms.  She called Midsouth Roofing, and Dillion and his team came right away to inspect the exterior roof, interior attic, and the ceiling where the leak had penetrated the sheetrock.  Their thorough inspection determined that blown snow had packed into the ridge vent on the roof and started melting the first day it finally warmed up-working its way down through the ridge vent, the attic and eventually through the ceiling…even though there was no evidence of any defective materials or inferior workmanship, Midsouth Roofing made the necessary repairs to the damages done by the melted snow leak…NO CHARGE at all to my mom.  She said that their employee who performed the work made everything like new again! On time, friendly, excellent workmanship, and thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving.  Mom says she shouldn’t need a need roof for a long time but definitely recommends Midsouth Roofing to anyone else who does need one.  They stand behind the quality of their work and then still step up to make things right even when they don’t have to!“
