Customers describe Alliance Roofing as very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and the customer service as the best. The owner is quick to answer calls and come by to give a quote. Work is completed as scheduled and done very professionally. The owner took time out of his schedule in extreme heat to climb onto a roof to diagnose and fix a problem, and did not charge for the work performed. Crews are very professional, do a great job, clean up, and roofs look great. From the first day of calling, they have been very professional and responsive. The owner was there in 20 minutes to patch a hole after a tree fell on a house, met with the adjuster to make sure the maximum amount of replacement was covered, and got the roof done in one day. Crews arrive early and complete jobs in a single day. Alliance did a great job resolving roof damage and heat issues with a new roof, addition roof vents, and clearing obstructions preventing air flow. Customers highly recommend Alliance Roofing for any project needing affordable and reliable work.
