Kenco did an excellent job with my home improvements to include installation of 4 windows, 1 custom window, and 2 gable replacements. The installation process itself was simple and the workers were very efficient. I did however run into issues with communication and scheduling for the project. I was initially informed that installation would take place within 4- 6 weeks. After 6 weeks passed, I reached out and requested an install date. I was given a 5/30 installation date and requested the day off of work. Kenco was very professional, gave a quote in a timely manner, and were in constant communication about when the job would stop. I had a hard time picturing what the job would look like and Brandon took the time to use technology to show what it would look like. The job entailed more than was planned and Kenny came out to help as well. The job wasn’t rushed and done efficiently. Jeff was very tetisus about the job and made sure everything looked great. If I had an any issues Brandon made sure to give me a call and discuss over the phone. I will definitely be using Kenco in the future!
