I'd give them more stars than 5 if I could. In one of the saddest moments of life, Nick not only provided comfort and professionalism, but also fun clean humor, perfectly placed to lighten the mood. It was much needed laughter in a time that many don't enjoy. And honestly, my grandfather would have loved that. He was a bit of a sarcastic joker himself and it really made us feel at home. Nick was so selfless and helpful and explained the whole process so thoroughly. Highly recommend.“
