From the moment that Heather Hill answered my first phone call while my husband was at Transitions LifeCare, one burden slipped off my shoulders. I knew immediately that Renaissance was the right choice for my family. Every time I have met with Heather I have found kindness, empathy and such calm guidance through a foreign process at the worst time in life. She could not have been more helpful or more reassuring in dealing with me or the people at my church in charge of funerals. Heather has remained so helpful with the many death notifications that have to be made after you lose someone. She will always be my friend, and I cannot recommend Renaissance Funeral Home highly enough. Because of her and the care that I received and the care and respect that my husband received there…I find Renaissance to be a comforting place— not what one would necessarily expect from a funeral home.
