Let me just say that I think Watson Electric is great! Every time that I have needed them they have responded quickly & efficiently. Justin, Christy, Jake, are a wonderful team. I’ve been using Watson Electric for over 15 years, & they have never let me down. I highly recommend Watson for anyone who needs HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work done. They definitely deserve 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The scheduling office was very helpful and friendly. I was informed upfront that all technicians follow COVID-19 safety procedures and would wear masks. I was also asked if any in the household members showed signs of COVID-19 symptoms. You could tell that they cared about their technicians and didn't want to put them under any additional risk.

My technician, Eddie, arrived on time. He wore a mask the entire time he worked (and it was already above 80°). He investigated each issue first and gave me an explanation of what he would be doing to fix each.

I am a property manager and had Watson come out to do some electrical work at my facility. The work was completed in a timely manner however, they left quite a mess for me to clean up after them-- wire snippings, sharp chunks of metal, screws, and other assorted garbage was left in the areas where they worked. I felt this was quite unprofessional, and in the future if I need any work done, I will contact a company that has a better grasp of the concept of professionalism.
