Same day service! The starter on our generator went out right before a big storm. SKC had someone at our door at 7:30am and then tracked the part down even though it was not a brand they carry. They also wired our house 10 years ago and we've had no issues. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I just moved into our new home on the intracoastal in Hampstead NC. We decided on a generator and selected Generac. Our builder said that we needed to call a certified dealer to start it up and have it connected. I had no referrals or suggestions so I Google ‘Generac Dealers’ and a handful companies populate the screen. I was drawn to SKC because they had reviews and they were all positive. Shane answered the phone and quickly I could tell he was professional, knowledgeable and offered good service plans.
