Absolutely wonderful experience! Josh was amazing in his customer service, knowledge, and patience. The company worked well with the flexibility of the schedule for power with Duke energy.We got a new breaker box, outlets, and switches. The whole crew was nice and knowledgeable. Work was done in a timely manner.Bless Josh with his patience. I'm sure my grandma talked his ears off for over two hours while he worked.
Ryan and his team, Jayden and Lane, plus one other, showed at 1145 and said they would stay until done, especially to check the lighting after sunset (this was a Fri). They didn't leave until 6:30 Fri evening. They did the front and back and it looks great...Joe came about 5pm and help finish the project...very happy with the end result...thank you...mike
Everything was great! Daniel was on-time, respectful, knowledgable, and amazingly helpful. He helped us figure out the issue quickly and worked to get, (and then worked with), a team of other professionals from Mr. Sparky to resolve the problem and make our house safe that night. Will continue to use them!!!
